Decorating Crazy!

We are loving every min of being in our house! We have already started getting everything in order and decorating each room. Not one room at a time...We are doing a little here and a little there....

We Painted Ty's room...He picked out the color called "Star Command Blue" which we actually switched with the color called "Liberty" and since it is still blue he had NO idea! One day we will tell him the truth. He had a blast helping paint.

And it turned out really cool. I Painted the quote: "Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game." and we stenciled his name on his door also. We still have some pictures to hang and lots of toys to find a place for still but what fun would it be if it were all done already.

We painted our room as well. We kept the base color of the wall and then we put a large stripe around the middle in a darker shade of brown. We also got vinyl lettering in our room that says Always remember to kiss me good night. I think it turned out beautiful! Our room is pretty much done. We just need a little book shelf to hide all of our internet routers and such in.


We had our first dinner guests yesterday when Cal and Tracy came over. It was so much fun to cook for them in my new kitchen and sit around the table and just hang out with good friends. We also had our first San Francisco visitors. Esther and Clayton, came up for a family reunion and came by to see us and our house and of course a couple of hours of some very competitive Wii had to take place.... Can you believe that is Clayton...He is bigger than Matt! It was fun to see them and Ty liked kicking Clayton's butt in boxing on the Wii.
