My nephew Mathew lives with his mom and her family, and I have tried to keep in contact with him, but with the distance it is hard. I have had a little contact with Mathew for the last couple of years and I have visited him when I am home. But Ty has not gotten to meet Mathew. On this visit to Colorado he got to meet Mathew for the first time, he thought that he was very cool and has talked about him a lot since we got home. 
The boys made snow globes together and then we all constructed a gingerbread house
It was a wonderful visit with Mathew and I am so thankful that Ty will have the opportunity to know his cousin.
